As an early developer of media, and technology, I was interviewed by Jay Romano of The New York Times for creating community based publications. Which later would become social media.
Presentation is Everything
From what is written, seen, heard, or UXed, perception is key to changing minds.
It starts from an idea which becomes words, layouts, books and implementations.

But why do that? Very simple. In a multichannel approach the brand message is best delivered across different channels where your potential market hangs out. What if your target market likes to read a book sometimes, but prefers a mobile device most of the time. There are unique advantages to both the digital world and the paper version.
